Reanda Saudi Arabia Hosts Middle East and Africa Regional Meeting in Riyadh
the Reanda Middle East and Africa Regional Meeting was successfully held in Riyadh on 1 October 2025, bringing together partners and professionals from across Australia, Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, the UAE, and Zimbabwe.
The meeting commenced with an opening speech delivered via video conference by Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International. He provided a comprehensive overview of global and Chinese economic trends for 2024 and 2025, and highlighted key developments within the network, including its fourth five-year plan and regional development strategy.
As part of the meeting highlights, a Member Firm Arrangement with Reanda Morocco was officially signed. In addition, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Reanda Saudi Arabia and Reanda Tunisia, further strengthening collaboration within the region.
Representatives from Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and the UAE presented updates on their respective markets, focusing on key tax developments, regulatory changes, and evolving business environments. The meeting also included discussions on investment opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the Middle East and Africa, along with strategies to enhance service capabilities across the network.
During the meeting, Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International, shared updates on key initiatives, including the sustainability training programme in collaboration with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and ongoing cooperation with the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China. Discussions also covered potential areas of collaboration in consulting services, international tax coordination, AI and IT applications, as well as the implementation of ISQM 1 and advancements in auditing and data analytics.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening regional cooperation and supporting continued growth across the Middle East and Africa.
